Get the help you need, with no judging

OK, so you own rentals.  If you're new to this, you're in for a wild ride. The dirty little secret is.... hey this sucks!  Landlording can be one the most thankless vocations you can choose. When it goes well, and you can tolerate the torture, you can get rich.  If not, it can be hell.

If you're a seasoned pro, you're probably often  exhausted, burned out, pissed off or some combination of all (and if you're not, you should join our Mentoring Committee).

In any event, having help and support either all the time, or just when you need it, makes all the difference.
